Send both sheets, not the average
A brief that says "one of us wants every drive and one of us wants two" is worth more than one that asks for a relaxing but active trip.
What a specialist can do with disagreement

"We would like a relaxing but active trip in a beautiful place" is a sentence with no information in it — it is what a committee writes when both members are being polite. "He will want every drive, she will want two, and neither of us wants to eat with strangers every night" specifies three structural decisions in one line.
The format that works
- The frame in the form fields: dates, nights, party, budget per person per night.
- In the message box, both answers to the six questions — labelled, not merged.
- Then the two things you each named as the one thing.
- Then anything either of you would genuinely hate.
What comes back
- A route whose structure addresses the disagreements rather than averaging them
- A private vehicle priced separately, so you can see what solving the biggest one costs
- Named camps with dining arrangements stated, because that is one of the six
- An honest note if the two budget figures do not reach what has been described
On the budget disagreement
If the two of you wrote down different numbers, say both. It is far easier for a specialist to build to the lower one and show what the higher one adds than to guess and produce a draft that starts an argument.
